PCB-ELECTRA produces on demand printed circuit boards, using quality raw materials, with the following characteristics:
Materials: FR4, IMS (Aluminium substrate)
Number of layers: 1, 2 and 4
Material thickness: from 0.6 mm to 2.4 mm
Copper layer thickness: 18, 35, 70 microns
Solder mask of different colors: green, white, red, black, blue
Carbon deposit
Electro less Nickel Gold
Peelable deposit
Silkscreen for component references with black or white
Hot Air Levelling lead-free – RoHS compliance
Final processing with V-Cut and/or border routing
Automatic optical inspection, electrical testing and visual inspection
Additional services: PCB design, SMD & THT electronic assembly (EMS-ELECTRA), Glass processing, mechanical processing, plastic injection and final assembly (ELECTRA)
