PCB-Electra launches the production of 4-layer printed circuit boards

07.09.2022

Starting with September 2022, PCB-ELECTRA has added 4-layer printed circuits with standard materials to its product portfolio.

The printed circuits on 4 layers have the following constructive structure:

1. Copper foil of 18 or 35 microns (basic). After metallization, the final thickness of the tracks will be 35 and 55 microns respectively.

2. Prepreg 7628 - insulating layer between the signal layers - thickness 0.35 mm

3. Copper foil with a thickness of 35 microns

4. Sticlotextolite – insulating material with a thickness of 0.8 mm, TG 150

5. Copper foil with a thickness of 35 microns

6. Prepreg 7628 – insulating layer between the signal layers – thickness 0.35 mm

7. Copper foil of 18 or 35 microns (basic). After metallization, the final thickness of the tracks will be 35 and 55 microns respectively.

The circuit can be covered with screen printing ink (8), of different colors: green, black, white, red, blue, yellow and with different colors of marking ink, for the reference of the components: white, black, red, yellow.

The 4-layer circuits can be delivered individually or in a panel with technological edges, prepared for automatic assembly. The maximum size of the circuits or the panel is 330 mm x 430 mm. The final thickness of the standard circuit with 4 layers is 1.55 mm.

When placing the offer request, please indicate the desired order of the layers (TOP, L2, L3, BOTTOM).

For circuits that do not fit into the standard constructive structure, within the limits of our technical capabilities, we are flexible in changing the constructive structure.

SC PCB-ELECTRA SRL finalizează proiectul ”Extinderea capacității de producție a PCB-ELECTRA”, cod SMIS 111026.

27.08.2020

The New PCB-ELECTRA Factory

12.05.2020

Even though these times are difficult and complicated, we find a glimpse of joy in having managed to complete the relocation of our production facility in the space of the new electronic industry center of ELECTRA Group.

The moving process lasted longer than initially anticipated as, in parallel with the relocation activities, we have also implemented an expansive modernization plan. However, due to the new working conditions and production adjustment measures, we are recovering at a fast pace.

In our new PCB-ELECTRA printed circuit board factory, the production facilities are ultra-modern and the large spaces allow the optimization and streamlining of the production flow.

At the same time, we have commissioned new production equipment, which translates into an increased production capacity, a high quality standard and a decrease in delivery time. The most important investments have been the following:

- Metallization line

- Photoresist development line

- Insulator

- Pumice line

- Laminator

- Drilling robot

- Scoring robot

- Drying oven

At the moment, we have taken all the necessary measures and precautions to protect ourselves and our clients against the spread of Covid-19 and we will, hopefully, maintain our production activities for as long as the current situation will allow it.

Export is 60% of our production

20.01.2017

The portfolio of foreign customers of the PCB-ELECTRA had a continuous increase in time and at present, 60% of production is exported towards customers in European countries:

Austria

France

Italy

Norway

Germany

Great Britain

The remaining 40% covers the requirements from the ELECTRA Group companies and for other Romanian customers.

News

PCB-ELECTRA was founded in 2008 through the division of the Printed Circuit Boards section of the mother-company ELECTRA, from which it took over the well-trained personnel, the production equipment and the technological know-how.
