The production of printed circuits on isolated metal sublayer (IMS) represents the right solution for the heat dissipation issue that occurs in many modern applications. The laminate with Aluminium as a basic layer is the most common material for IMS circuits and it is used for circuits with LEDs, as well as for applications in other fields: power sources, tension regulators, medical equipment, etc.
