2. Prices, VAT and shipping

Prices are in euro and the offer is always in euro. Invoicing is in euro for deliveries outside Romania and in lei, at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) exchange rate of the day preceding the invoice, for deliveries in Romania.

The calculator shows the price of the boards excluding taxes and transport costs, then, separately, the shipping (optional) and the total excluding VAT. VAT: VAT is not included in the calculator prices, for any destination. Romanian VAT applies to deliveries in Romania; businesses in other EU states with a valid VAT number (checked in the VIES system) receive an intra-Community supply exempt from VAT; exports outside the EU are exempt from VAT and import charges are paid in the country of destination. The VAT treatment is set in the official offer in accordance with the applicable rules. The treatment applied is stated in the offer and on the invoice.

Delivery and shipping: delivery is Ex Works, at ELECTRA’s premises; on request we arrange, at the customer’s cost, delivery to the customer’s premises or to another address. Shipping is not included in the board price: it is offered separately from the goods and shown separately in the calculator and in the official offer, before any commitment; you may decline it and arrange your own transport. For destinations outside the EU, shipping and delivery time are set manually and appear only in the official offer.
