The rules that apply when you use this website and its online price calculator.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these Terms of Use and undertake to comply with applicable law. They replace any earlier terms for the use of the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who we are

ELECTRA S.R.L. (brand PCB-ELECTRA) is a Romanian-owned company, founded in 1991, part of ELECTRA Group. Under the PCB-ELECTRA brand it manufactures printed circuit boards in Romania. Registered office: Parc Industrial Miroslava, Str. Principală no. 33, Building A+C, Brătuleni, Iași County, 707307, Romania — Trade Registry no. J1991001225228, Tax ID RO 1962470. “User” means anyone who visits the site.

3. Price estimates and offers

The online calculator gives an automatic, non-binding estimate based on the information you enter. The official offer is issued by our sales team after an engineer has checked your files and specifications, and may differ from the estimate. Prices are in EUR. The calculator shows the price of the boards excluding taxes and transport costs (VAT, any export taxes, customs duties, etc.), then, separately, the shipping cost and the total excluding VAT; VAT is not included in the prices, and the final VAT treatment is set in the official offer. For destinations outside the EU, shipping and delivery time are set manually and communicated in the official offer.

Each official offer states the main characteristics of the boards, the total price and the VAT treatment applied, the shipping cost, the payment terms, the delivery date and how long the offer remains valid. The contract is concluded in the language of the offer.

How a contract is concluded. (1) You send a quote request through the calculator, the Client Portal or by email; you can correct every entry before sending it, and saved requests can be edited in the Client Portal. (2) Our engineer reviews your files and we send you the official offer by email. (3) If the offer suits you, you place your firm order (point 1 of the General Terms of Delivery and Sale); the contract is concluded when ELECTRA accepts that order in writing, by email (point 2). The offer, the order confirmation and these Terms reach you in a form you can store and print (email, PDF, web page), and we keep the contract documents in our records.

4. Files you upload

You confirm that you have the right to send us the files you upload and that they contain no unlawful content or malicious code. We use them only to prepare your offer and to manufacture your order, and we treat them as confidential (see our Privacy Policy). You keep all rights to your designs.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, design and software of this website belong to ELECTRA S.R.L. and are protected by copyright, all rights reserved except where stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than for normal personal browsing and for preparing a request to us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to abuse it — for example by automated scraping that burdens the server, attempts to bypass security, or sending spam through our forms.

7. Liability

We work to keep the website’s information accurate and up to date and the site available, but give no guarantee that it is error-free, up to date or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, ELECTRA S.R.L. is not liable for loss resulting from errors or outdated information on the site, from its temporary unavailability, or from the content of third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints about products are handled under the General Terms of Delivery and Sale (point 11).

8. Links to other websites

We link to third-party websites (for example social networks and maps). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their own policies.

9. Professional customers (B2B)

This website addresses professional customers (B2B) only. By sending a quote request and ticking the acceptance box, the customer declares that it acts for professional purposes, accepts the General Terms of Delivery and Sale that apply to professional customers (B2B), and thereby adheres to them automatically. The acceptance is recorded with the request (date, version of the texts, request number).

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the version published here applies from the date shown above. Please check this page regularly. Texts in other languages are courtesy translations; if they differ, the Romanian version prevails.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the website are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably; failing that, by the competent Romanian courts.
