| 4 | Request | Enter your contact details, accept the General Terms and send the request |
| 5 | Offer | Our sales team sends the official offer within 1 business day |
| 6 | Order | You confirm the offer and we confirm the order in writing |
| 7 | Delivery | The boards are tested, packed and shipped to your address |
Step 1: prepare the files
Export the Gerber files with the board outline and the Excellon drill files, then open them in a viewer. Programs differ in menus but not in what is needed: see Gerber files for PCB manufacturing, the exports from Altium, EasyEDA and Eagle and the KiCad design rules. Then go through the DFM checklist.
Steps 2 and 3: configure and check
Upload the archive in the price calculator. It reads the number of layers and the board size and shows a preview. Check the values, choose the delivery format (single boards, free delivery or a panel defined by you) and read the price breakdown. Prices are shown in euro without VAT, with shipping as a separate, optional item; the VAT treatment is stated in the official offer.
Steps 4 to 6: request and offer
You can send the request without an account; with an account you follow your requests in the client portal. By sending the request and ticking the acceptance box you accept the General Terms of Delivery and Sale. Our offers are addressed to professional customers (B2B). The calculator price is an estimate; the official offer from our sales team is the one that counts.
Step 7: production and delivery
The lead time runs from the written acceptance of your order, provided the technical documentation is complete (see lead time). Every board is tested before shipping (see electrical test and AOI).
Tips for a smooth order
- Fill in every field of the specification; the specification checklist helps.
- Choose the delivery format that suits your assembly (see panelization).
- Order urgent production only for the boards that need it.
- Store the boards as recommended in the storage guide.
